Jonn Graff is a seasoned sales executive with extensive experience in the tool industry, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Sales at Milwaukee Tool since March 2012. Throughout a progressive career, Jonn has held various senior leadership roles, including Vice President of Sales and Director of Sales, where responsibilities included managing warehouse-backed SKU mix management, executing cross-functional promotional activities, and driving significant growth in sales across multiple categories and regions. Prior roles included Field Marketing Manager and Key Account Manager, where Jonn achieved remarkable sales increases and received the Marketing and Sales Excellence Award. Jonn's foundational experience began as a Field Representative at Techtronics Industries, achieving substantial sales growth and participating in a leadership development program.
