Joseph Worple

Joseph Worple is a Principal Design Engineer at Milwaukee Tool since August 2019, where leadership in front-end innovation focuses on new test method development and advanced simulation techniques. Responsibilities include acting as a technical consultation resource for materials selection and test method review, leading university research partnerships, and engaging with the International Safety Equipment Association (ISEA) on safety standards. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Design Engineer and Materials Engineer at Milwaukee Tool, as well as a Research and Development Engineer at Miniature Precision Components, where expertise in new technology development and data analysis was applied. Joseph began a career as an Engineering Technician at the U.S. Forest Service Forest Products Laboratory, contributing to multi-disciplinary research on wood as an engineering material. Joseph holds a Bachelor's degree in Materials Science and Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
