Scott S. serves as the Senior Vice President of Engineering at Milwaukee Tool, leading the new product development business unit responsible for various product categories, including Lighting and Jobsite equipment. Since joining Milwaukee Tool in February 2004, Scott S. has grown the engineering team from one to over 85 professionals and has established a scalable organizational structure focused on technical expertise. Key responsibilities include setting strategic direction, overseeing resource planning, driving a culture of agility, and championing best practices in project leadership training. Prior to this role, Scott S. held multiple engineering positions at Milwaukee Tool and gained experience as an Audio Design Engineer at Crown International and as an Electrical Engineering Intern at Rockwell Automation. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and an MBA in Project Management from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University.
