Bob Buss

Bob Buss has extensive work experience in sales, marketing, and inventory analysis. Bob started their career at Amerequip Corporation in 1993 as an Inventory Analyst, responsible for maintaining accurate financial inventory information through comprehensive analysis. Bob then joined Rockwell International in 1994 as a Commodity Buyer. In 1996, they joined Milwaukee Forge as a Sales Account Manager, where they had full account responsibility for profitability, quality, and customer satisfaction. Bob was promoted to Sales Manager in 1999 and later became the Vice President in 2004. In this role, they provided leadership, coordinated sales and marketing functions, developed and implemented corporate strategy, and monitored market activity against company goals.

Bob Buss attended the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh from 1989 to 1993, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Operations Management/Marketing.
