Julie Way

Julie Way is a seasoned professional in career services and education, currently serving as the Director of the Career Connections Center at Milwaukee School of Engineering since July 2019. Previously, Julie held the position of Associate Director for Employer Relations at Texas Woman's University, where initiatives led to a 200+% increase in employer participation in on-campus recruiting. Julie's extensive background includes significant roles at Michigan Technological University, including Assistant Director and Career Advisor in Career Services, focusing on career development programming and student coaching. Earlier career experiences include teaching English and Social Sciences at various educational institutions and a role as a Professional Ice Skating Coach.
