Ruth Barratt

Ruth Barratt serves as Chair of the Rader School of Business and Graduate Program Director at the Milwaukee School of Engineering since 2015. As the Founder and Principal Consultant of BraveTeams since January 2014, Ruth Barratt focuses on enhancing organizational performance through high-performance teams and leadership development. Previous academic roles include Assistant Professor at Marquette University and Arizona State University's W.P. Carey School of Business, as well as a Postdoctoral Fellow at Thunderbird School of Global Management. Ruth Barratt has substantial research experience from Cranfield University, where positions spanned from 2000 to 2005. Education includes a Ph.D. in Ethics, Corporate Governance, and Organizational Behaviour from Cranfield School of Management, complemented by a BA (Hons) in Business from De Montfort University and a BA (Hons) in Accountancy and Finance from the University of Greenwich.
