Chuck Kinnan

Chuck Kinnan has worked in the technology industry since 2002. Chuck'sfirst job was as a Developer at Cyberworks Media Group, where they created e-commerce and public facing corporate web sites using technologies such as ASP.NET, JSP, Flash, MS Commerce Server, MS SQL Server, and Oracle 9i. In 2004, they became a Consultant at Greenbrier & Russell, providing expertise as a requirements analyst and software developer implementing e-commerce and medical solutions in VB.NET, C#.NET, and ASP. In 2005, they joined SAVO Group as a Software Architect, where they were responsible for technical implementation decisions as well as mentoring and leading other developers. In 2008, they co-founded Milyli, where they have held various roles including Co-Founder & CTO, Co-Founder and Product Manager, and Co-Founder and Engineering Manager. In these roles, they have managed engineering resources, refined processes and tools, researched the market and customer needs, built consensus on solutions, eliminated inefficiencies and roadblocks, and communicated the value to teams and customers. Chuck has also implemented modern HR practices and achieved a yearly engineering turnover rate of 5%.

Chuck Kinnan obtained a Bachelor of Science in Mathematical Computer Science from the University of Illinois Chicago in 2001. In 2006, they obtained the MCAD: Microsoft .NET certification from Microsoft.
