Paul Bagli has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Paul started their career at Bank of America as an Assistant Vice President from 1986 to 1991. Paul then worked as a Territory Sales Representative at Quest Diagnostics from 1991 to 1993. Following that, Paul owned and operated their own business, LesPaul & Associates, as an Independent Sales Representative from 1993 to 1998. Paul then joined Merit Medical Systems, Inc. as a Regional Territory Manager for a year. Paul worked as a Senior Regional Sales Representative at CardioDynamics for 7 years, achieving top 15% status despite high turnover. In 2006, they served as the Regional Director of Sales at XLTEK, where they successfully launched a product and managed a team of representatives. From 2007 to 2014, Paul held the position of Director of Sales, Business Development, Product Management, and Surgical Division at CIVCO Medical Solutions. During their tenure, they formulated and executed a business plan that achieved significant revenue growth. From 2014 to 2015, Paul worked as the Director of International Sales at Augmenix, Inc., where they achieved impressive growth rates in existing and new markets. Paul then joined MIM Software Inc. in 2015 and held various roles, including Regional Account Manager and Product Marketing Lead. Currently, Paul is the Market Director - Needle Guidance at Advance Medical Designs since 2019.

Paul Bagli attended SUNY Geneseo from 1982 to 1984, where they earned credits towards a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance. Paul then transferred to Indiana University Bloomington and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance in 1986.
