Gaurav Rastogi

Gaurav Rastogi is an experienced software engineering leader with a demonstrated history of driving software development and engineering initiatives across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Software Engineering at Mimecast since July 2023, Gaurav has previously held the role of Director Software Engineering at Sophos and has extensive experience in senior management positions at RSA Security, where leadership was provided for teams working on RSA SecurID Product Suites. Additional experience includes senior roles at McAfee, Infosys, and CA Technologies, with a foundational career beginning as a Trainee Design Engineer at Socrates Software Ltd. Gaurav holds an MBA in Software Enterprise Management from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and a B.Tech in Computer Science from Chhatrapati Shahu Ji Maharaj University.
