Kristyn Ulrich

Kristyn Ulrich is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in corporate development, strategy, and operations. Currently serving as SVP of Finance (Strategy & Operations) at Mimecast since July 2019, Ulrich has also held roles such as VP and Chief of Staff to the CEO and Senior Director of Business Transformation. Prior to Mimecast, a decade-long tenure at Raytheon included positions as Senior Manager and Manager of Corporate Development. Earlier career experiences encompass roles at PwC in Transaction Services, MZ Consult as an Investor Relations Analyst, and Inter-American Development Bank as a Pension Fund Analyst, among others. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Management with dual degrees in Finance and Spanish from Tulane University, a Master of Arts in International Economics and Finance from Brandeis International Business School, and exchange studies in International Economics and International Business from prominent institutions.
