Simon Banyard

Simon Banyard is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in technical account management and IT operations. Currently serving as Manager of the TAM Programme at Mimecast since November 2018, Simon leads a global team of Technical Account Managers in EMEA and APAC, focusing on enhancing customer satisfaction and strategic success for complex enterprise accounts. Previous roles include Technical Account Manager and Senior Technical Support Engineer at Mimecast, as well as IT Manager positions at Stopgap and Pollard Thomas Edwards, where Simon oversaw significant infrastructure upgrades. Educational background includes studies at The University of Salford and The British School of Paris.
