Stephan Saurer

Stephan Saurer has held various roles in operations and manufacturing throughout their career. Stephan started in 2011 as a Lean Manufacturing Manager at Magna International in Europe. In 2012, they joined Medtronic, where they held positions such as Sr Lean Sigma Program Manager, Sr Manufacturing Manager, Sr Valuestream Manager, Director of Manufacturing, and Site Lead & Director of Operations. In 2022, they transitioned to MiMedx and Balt, both as a Vice President of Operations.

Stephan Saurer began their education journey by completing a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management at the University of Applied Science Munich from 1998 to 2002. Stephan then pursued a Master's degree in International Business from Grenoble Ecole de Management from 2002 to 2004. Later, they attended The Wharton School as an Aresty Scholar, where they completed a degree in Finance from 2016 to 2018. Additionally, Stephan participated in an Advanced Finance Program at Wharton Executive Education.
