Jason Kim

Jason Kim is an experienced talent acquisition professional currently serving as the Vice President of Talent Acquisition at Mimic since March 2023. Previously, Jason held positions including Interim Head of Talent at Ario, where efforts focused on building the early team. As Head of Talent Acquisition at Ambient.ai, Jason successfully established recruiting operations in both the US and India. Additional experience includes roles as a Talent Consultant at Grammarly and Head of Technical Recruiting at Opendoor, managing engineering recruitment across multiple offices. Jason also led talent acquisition efforts at Credit Karma during a significant growth phase, contributing to its acquisition by Intuit. Prior roles at Shape Security and Google involved building talent teams and exceeding recruitment goals, highlighted by exceptional sourcing achievements. Jason holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of California, Davis.
