Sohil Goswami has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Sohil started their career as an ALT in the Japan Exchange and Teaching Program (JET) in 2007. Sohil then moved on to NEC Technologies India Pvt Ltd., where they worked as a Deputy Manager in Business Development, focusing on developing new business opportunities and maintaining client accounts. While at NEC, they received awards for their contributions and project management skills. Sohil later joined Deloitte in 2015, initially as a Consultant and later as a Senior Consultant, specializing in value chain transformation projects and business process improvement. Sohil led various projects centered around digital supply chain solutions and collaborated with clients in the SEA markets. Sohil then joined NRI (Nomura Research Institute) Singapore as a Senior Consultant in Strategy & Operations, before transitioning to their current role at MIMS Pte Ltd. At MIMS, they initially served as the Director of the CEO Office, focusing on strategic initiatives, and later took on the role of Executive Vice President, overseeing various business units across multiple regions. Sohil's expertise lies in strategic planning, product development, process improvement, and business expansion.

Sohil Goswami completed a Master of Business Administration degree in Strategy and Organization from the National University of Singapore between 2018 and 2020. Prior to that, they earned a degree in Japanese Hons, specializing in Japanese Language & South East Asian Studies, from Jawaharlal Nehru University. Additionally, they hold certifications in Introduction to Generative AI and Introduction to Large Language Models from Google Cloud Skills Boost, a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute, and a Japanese Language Proficiency Test - N1 certification from The Japan Foundation. Sohil also has additional certifications in Lean Six Sigma Practitioner (Yellow Belt) from Deloitte and Official Anaplanner from Anaplan.
