Rengarajan Ravichandaran began their work experience as a Software Engineer at CI.Com (P) Ltd from August 2002 to August 2004. During this time, they were responsible for full lifecycle application development, as well as designing, coding, and debugging applications in various software languages.
From August 2004 to March 2006, Rengarajan worked as a System Analyst and Project Leader at IDMSys Technologies. In these roles, they provided the team with a vision of project objectives and coached and helped develop team members using ACCPAC SDK.
In February 2005 to March 2008, Rengarajan served as a Team Leader at IDMSys Technologies.
In April 2010 to May 2011, they became the Product Head (Technical) at IDMSys Technologies.
From May 2011 to present, Rengarajan was the Vice President - R & D at IDMSys Technologies.
Since April 2014, Rengarajan has held the position of Director & Chief Technology Officer at MIMSYS. In this role, they are responsible for company strategy and planning, as well as the long-range direction of technological planning and development. Rengarajan also evaluates and recommends technologies.
Rengarajan Ravichandaran completed a Diploma in Information Technology from Madurai Kamaraj University from 2002 to 2003. Prior to that, from 1994 to 1997, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Maths from the same university.
