Lilach Cohen is an experienced Quality Assurance professional with a rich background in software testing and project management. Currently serving as the Quality Assurance Team Lead at Mimun Yashir since February 2022, Lilach oversees all testing activities and manages a team of testers across diversified systems, including mobile apps, CRM, WEB, BI, and SAP. Previously, as Quality Assurance Team Leader at Cellcom from August 2020 to February 2022, Lilach held similar responsibilities. Lilach’s tenure at Cellcom also includes roles as PMO and Version Manager, where version management and quality assurance in the IT Division were key responsibilities, as well as a Software Tester focused on end-to-end testing processes, particularly within the SAP system. Early career at Cellcom involved various positions, including Service Projects Manager in the Servicing Department. Lilach holds a degree in Social Science with a major in Management from The Open University of Israel.
