Rose Hodgson

Research Scientist at MiNA Therapeutics

Rose Hodgson has extensive experience in scientific research and drug development. Rose is currently working as a Research Scientist at MiNA Therapeutics. Prior to that, they were a DPhil Student at the University of Oxford, where they researched the genetic basis of human autoimmune disease and explored molecular mechanisms of lymphocyte development and activation. Rose also worked as an Industrial Placement Masters Student at GSK, where they focused on developing and re-engineering bispecific antibodies. Additionally, they conducted research projects at the University of Warwick, investigating the effects of G protein subunits and the role of RAMPs in modulating receptor activity. Rose has a strong background in molecular biology, protein purification, biochemical and cell-based assays, and biophysical characterization of antibodies.

Rose Hodgson's education history is as follows:

- From 2016 to 2021, they attended the University of Oxford and obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Immunology.

- From 2012 to 2016, they studied at the University of Warwick and earned a Master's degree in Biomedical Sciences.

- Between 2010 and 2012, they attended Oldham Sixth Form College, where they studied A levels in Biology, Chemistry, French, and Psychology.

- From 2005 to 2010, they completed their secondary education at Saddleworth School. The specific degree and field of study during this period are unknown.
