David Kamien

David Kamien has over two decades of experience in business development and homeland security. David began their career as a legal clerk for Herzog, Fox & Neeman before moving into management consulting with International Venture Associates. It was here that they delivered insights to clients such as British Telecom (BT) and Math Engine. David also initiated a joint venture between BT and Gilat Satellite Networks that brought satellite broadband Internet to the U.K.

In 2004, Kamien joined Marsh as a business development leader and homeland security specialist. David left during the layoffs of thousands of employees when Marsh took a hit from Attorney General Elliot Spitzer.

Kamien then founded DGK LLC Homeland Security Management Consulting. As CEO, they grew the company to be a leading provider of homeland security consulting services. In 2010, they sold the company to Mind Alliance Systems, LLC and became CEO of the combined company.

David Kamien has a law degree from the College of Law and Business, a B.A. in East-Asian Studies from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, and certification from ZIFA Group in the Zachman Framework for Enterprise Architecture.
