Sarah Steger, LPC-MHSP-S, CCTP, CFRC has extensive experience in the mental health field. Sarah has held various leadership roles such as Clinical Site Director, Assistant Clinical Director of Compliance, Assistant Clinical Director, Corporate Recruiter, Intake Clinical Manager, Director of Clinical Services, Therapy Supervisor, and Therapist/Utilization Review Coordinator. Sarah's career has involved overseeing residential programs, hiring and training staff, providing clinical supervision, developing curriculum, conducting assessments, leading therapy sessions, and collaborating with various departments. Sarah has a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling/Counselor from Webster University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of South Florida.

Mind Body Wellness is a new healthcare concept that is driven by the belief that mental health and addiction treatment should be integrated with physical wellness, nutrition, and lifestyle coaching...all in one space. We created an in-network model that makes whole person care easy to access. Substance abuse, mental health, and wellness issues impact people’s quality of life and should be treated with the same openness and acceptance as physical health. Our first location in Cool Springs, TN, opened in September 2022 and features adult and adolescent intensive outpatient programs (IOP) for substance use and mental health disorder treatment, full service outpatient counseling, MAT, medication management with psychiatric providers, nutrition counseling, peer support and coaching, TMS, ketamine therapy, and more.
