Itay Barzilay

Mr. Barzilay has served as a director of the company since May 2020. Mr. Barzilay serves as CFO of Personetics. From 2010 to 2019, Mr. Barzilay held a number of finance leadership positions at Amdocs and most recently served as Vice President of Finance for Amdocs Technology & Media and for Amdocs Global Services. From 2008 to 2010, Mr. Barzilay was CFO of MIND CTI. From 2004 to 2008, Mr. Barzilay served in several financial management roles with Avaya in the United States. Mr. Barzilay is a Certified Public Accountant, holds a BA in Accounting and Economics from Tel-Aviv University and an MBA from NYU's Stern School of Business.
