Valentin Badita

Valentin Badita is a skilled professional with extensive experience in customer solutions and support within the telecommunications industry. Currently serving as a Customer Solutions Expert at MIND CTI since June 2019, Valentin leads deployment initiatives, oversees migrations from legacy systems, designs solution overviews based on customer requirements, and develops presentations highlighting software product capabilities. Previously, Valentin held roles as a Senior AM Engineer at Endava and Support Team Leader at MIND CTI, where oversight of a team and management of major telecom accounts was emphasized. An early career as an Application Engineer involved providing customer consultations and performing application behavioral tests. Valentin holds both a Master's degree in Telecommunications Networks and a Bachelor's degree from the Faculty of Electronics, Telecommunications & Information Technology.
