Matt Arnold has over 25 years of work experience. Matt began their career in 1994 as a Student Engineer for the UK Ministry of Defence. In 1995, they were an Intern for the Defence Research Agency. From 1996 to 1998, they were a Software Engineering Intern for Park Air Electronics and Laser-Scan. In 1999, they were an Associate - Software Engineer for J.P. Morgan. From 2002 to 2015, they worked for Goldman Sachs, where they held the roles of Managing Director - Principal Strategic Investments, Managing Director - Fixed Income Analytics, and Software Engineer - Interest Rate Derivatives Trading Technology. From 2015 to 2023, they were Principal for Oxford Science Enterprises. Most recently, they have been the CFO for Mind Foundry since 2023.
Matt Arnold attended St Johns RC Comprehensive from 1986 to 1994. Matt then went on to pursue a Master of Engineering in Information Engineering at the University of Cambridge from 1995 to 1999.
