Carla F. Smith is an experienced facilitator and organizational development professional, currently serving as a Facilitator for Leadership and Organisational Change and a Facilitator for the Negotiation Programme at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) since November 2018. Additionally, Carla is involved with Santander UK as a Facilitator for the Global Emerging Women Leader programme, emphasizing leadership development in partnership with LSE and Getsmarter.
