Carrie White is a seasoned professional in coaching, mentoring, and human resources, currently serving as the Head of Coaching at Work&Grow since May 2023. With extensive experience in various roles, including Certified Precision Coach at MindGym and Project Adviser at the University of Exeter, Carrie has effectively supported senior leaders and developed innovative coaching initiatives. Prior positions include Senior Human Resources Consultant at Lancashire Insurance Group and Interim Human Resources Consultant at Hayfin Capital Management LLP. A former Director at Barclays Bank, Carrie oversaw global learning and development efforts, ensuring alignment with executive leadership's people needs. Educational achievements include a Master’s in Organisational Psychology from Birkbeck, along with numerous certifications in coaching, mentoring, and mental health first aid.
