Melanie Warner is an accomplished professional in the fields of organisational development and creative design, currently serving as the Chief Solutions and Innovation Officer and Global Head of Creative Design and Advisory at MindGym since September 2019. With a strong track record of leading global teams and driving significant revenue generation, Melanie has partnered with executive teams to shape business strategies and innovate client solutions. Previous roles include Head of Solutions for EMEA, where key achievements involved the design and delivery of a comprehensive global leadership transformation program, and Solutions Director, successfully leading behaviour change initiatives for prominent organizations.
