Melissa Desmond, ACC, NCC, is an experienced professional in sales, business development, and relationship management with over 20 years in the field. Currently serving as VP of Global Clients at MindGym since July 2021, Melissa focuses on utilizing Behavioral Science to help organizations transform workplace behaviors through tailored solutions. Previous roles include Regional Vice President at Korn Ferry, where Melissa contributed to Radically Human Transformation solutions, and various positions in business development across multiple companies, including Rewards Network and TLC Marketing Worldwide. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing & Business Studies from Australian Catholic University and has completed numerous professional development programs, including coaching and negotiation strategies.
