Aidan Mersh

Aidan Mersh is an experienced professional in the field of support and engagement within mental health and educational sectors. Currently serving as Associate Director Federation Support at Mind since October 2017, Aidan focuses on relationship management across 109 local Minds and leading a team to enhance support for children and young people affected by trauma. Previous roles include Acting Associate Director Networks, where Aidan oversaw operations for 110+ affiliate local organizations, and Head of Network Operations, responsible for directing communications and events. Aidan's earlier experience includes managing membership engagement at the National Union of Students and leading membership services at the University of Lincoln Students' Union, where strategic oversight of charitable activities was key. Aidan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Politics from the University of Hull.
