Deborah Pearsall

Deborah Pearsall has extensive experience in support services and retail management. Currently serving as the Deputy Manager of Support Services at Mind since November 2006, Deborah plays a key role in ensuring the delivery of quality support for individuals with enduring mental health issues within the community. Previously, from June 1994 to August 2000, Deborah worked at Aldi UK as a Store Assistant and Training Manager, where responsibilities included managing store operations in the absence of the manager, conducting stock audits, cash handling, staff training, and maintaining store cleanliness.
