Joe Lee-Dowd

Joe Lee-Dowd is a seasoned professional in public affairs and campaigns, currently serving as the Senior Public Affairs Officer at Mind since February 2023. In this role, Joe drives the strategic direction of Mind's initiatives in Westminster, advocating for the rights and needs of individuals with mental health issues to the UK Government and Parliament. Previous experience includes an interim role as Public Affairs and Campaigns Manager at Mind, and a Program Assistant position at Apolitical Foundation, where Joe produced impactful communications.
