Katie Metcalfe

Katie Metcalfe is a Fundraising Operations Manager at Mind, responsible for managing communications and collaboration opportunities within the Fundraising & Workplace Wellbeing directorate since June 2018. In addition to this role, Katie also served as an interim Fundraising Operations Manager and has experience in supporting over 120 local Mind charities in building fundraising capacity. Prior to this, Katie took a career sabbatical traveling across India and South East Asia and held positions such as Senior Event Coordinator at Girlguiding, where large-scale events, including an arena concert, were managed. Additionally, Katie worked as a Programme Associate Manager at The Challenge, overseeing the National Citizen Service programme in East London, and gained early experience as an intern with the Academy of Social Sciences and Gemin-i.org. Katie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Politics & Criminology from Lancaster University.
