Lade Smith CBE currently serves as the President of the Royal College of Psychiatrists and a Member of the Board of Trustees at Mind. With extensive experience as a Clinical Director at South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust and a Consultant Psychiatrist for the South London Partnership, Lade Smith has led significant initiatives in forensic psychiatry, including the establishment of the Single Point of Access and timely referral responses.
