Warren Kornblum

Warren Kornblum is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in marketing, brand development, and strategic growth across various industries. Currently, Warren serves as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Shadow Group since January 2010, overseeing its diverse subsidiaries, including Shadow Entertainment Group and Shadow Branding Group. As Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Shadow Branding Group, Warren has been instrumental in advising companies on brand strategy and marketing since 2004. Warren's prior roles include Senior Advisor and Interim Chief Marketing Officer at Serta Simmons Bedding, Chief Strategic Officer at Rooms To Go, and Chief Marketing Officer at Toys "R" Us, where Warren managed a global marketing team. Warren also founded Kornblum International, a fast-growing communications agency, and held significant positions at Bozell Worldwide. Additionally, Warren is involved with Enrich360 and Starlight Children's Foundation as board member and trustee, respectively. Warren holds a degree from Boston University.
