Maria Khosla

Maria Khosla (Healy) is an accomplished fundraising professional with over a decade of experience in community fundraising. Since joining Mind in July 2011, Maria progressed from the role of Community Fundraising Coordinator to Senior Community Fundraising Officer, and currently serves as the Community Fundraising Manager, leading a national team of 13 staff members and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration. Under Maria's leadership, community fundraising income exceeded £1 million in the 2015/16 financial year and surpassed £2 million in 2016/17. Prior to Mind, Maria held administrative roles at The Royal British Legion and the National Gulf War Veterans and Families Association, and worked as an Individuals Fundraiser and Assistant Course Coordinator at Back Up Trust. Maria holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Drama from Loughborough University.
