Carla Hettinger

Carla Hettinger has been working as a Project Manager at Mind Over Machines since January 2023. Prior to this, they worked at 14 West from September 2016 to August 2022, where they held the position of Senior Project Manager and was responsible for maintaining a multi-project portfolio and implementing process improvement initiatives. Before that, they worked as a Project Manager at 14 West from September 2016 to November 2021, where they managed department portfolio initiatives and defined project scope and schedules using Agile and Lean methodologies. From December 2012 to September 2016, Carla worked at CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield as a Business Analyst, where they maintained system security and created business requirement specifications. Carla also worked at Vision Technology Services: Assigned to CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield as a Project Coordinator from May 2009 to December 2012, where they provided database management and created processes for applications. Carla's work experience began at medicalliance as a Sr. Project & Meetings Coordinator from May 2005 to January 2009.

Carla Hettinger has a Bachelor of Science degree from Northeastern University. Carla also has an Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education (ECED) from Fisher College. In addition to their degrees, Carla has obtained the Scrum Master Certified (SMC) certification from Scrum Alliance in February 2020.
