Geri Cohen

Geri Cohen is currently the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Executive Vice President (EVP) of Corporate Services at MIND Research Institute. Geri has been in this role since January of 2022, and in their time at MIND Research Institute has helped the company see remarkable financial growth.

Prior to their time at MIND Research Institute, Geri Cohen served as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Executive Vice President (EVP) of Corporate Services at NWEA from March of 2005 to January of 2022. During their time at NWEA, Geri was responsible for a number of different areas including accounting, financial planning, budgeting, treasury, procurement, legal services, risk management, security, and information technology infrastructure. Geri was also responsible for overseeing a team of 12+ technical professionals.

Before their time at NWEA, Geri Cohen served as the Vice President & Manager of Consumer Loan Products at Wells Fargo from January of 1992 to December of 1996. In this role, Geri was responsible for managing the bank's consumer loan products.

Geri Cohen has an MBA in Finance from the University of Chicago and a BA in Human Development from the same school.

They work with Kevin Hammer - VP, Engineering & IT, Jim Kirchner - Chief Revenue Officer, and Dorene Uhrich - VP, Education Success. Their manager is Brett Woudenberg, CEO.
