Melissa Pearlman

Melissa Pearlman currently serves as an Education Success Manager and previously as an Education Success Consultant at MIND Education, where responsibilities include partnering with the Massachusetts team to address district and school goals and delivering professional development for K-8 teachers. Melissa's experience spans roles including Video Creator at IXL Learning, Math Teacher at The Calculus Project Inc., and Math Teacher at Watertown Public Schools, where extensive lesson planning and adherence to the Massachusetts Common Core State Standards were key. Additionally, involvement with the Better Math Teaching Network focused on enhancing student-centered learning among Algebra 1 educators. Earlier experience includes teaching at Buxton School, leading community service trips for high school students, and assisting in project management at Albert Pearlman Inc. Melissa holds a Master’s of Arts in Teaching, Secondary Mathematics from Brandeis University and a Bachelor of Arts in Applied Mathematics from Barnard College.
