Rachel McKinney

Rachel McKinney has extensive experience in operations and project management across various sectors. Currently, Rachel serves as Operations Director and has previously held the position of Customer Success Manager at MIND Research Institute, an organization focused on enhancing mathematical skills through innovative educational programs. Prior to this, Rachel was a Project Manager at Colorado State University and worked in customer success roles at the City of Fort Collins and National Tax Search, where Rachel also held titles of Director of Operations Support and Agency Department Manager. Early career experience includes a role as Senior Paralegal & Training Manager at Macey & Aleman. Rachel holds a Bachelor's Degree in History from the University of Central Arkansas and a Master's degree in Project Management from Colorado State University Global.
