Mónica Araújo

Mónica Araújo's work experience includes various roles in different companies. Mónica worked as an International Scrum Master, Product Owner, Senior Business Analyst, and Chapter Lead at Mind Source. Mónica also worked at SmarTeam PT, where they focused on transforming business to planet services using Design Thinking and Scrum Agile methodologies. Mónica also has experience as a Senior Training Specialist in Agile work methodologies at CINEL and as an Agile Coach at Rumos Education. Additionally, they worked at Mind Agile as a Trainer and at World Creativity Day as a Senior Creative Consultant. Mónica also worked as a Senior Business Analyst at Infosistema, Managing Director at Gavedra SA & Gavedra Moçambique Lda, and Information Technology Business Development Manager at EQS Global.

Mónica Araújo completed their Bachelor's degree in Industrial Mechanics and Maintenance Technology at the Instituto Superior de Engenharia do Porto from 1995 to 1998. Mónica then pursued a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering - Quality and Environment Management from the same institute from 1998 to 2000. In 2005 to 2007, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Mechanical Engineering - Industrial Management from the Instituto Superior Técnico. Mónica also acquired additional certifications including "Formador com CAP n.º 31688/2008DN desde 2008" from IEFP in 2022 and "Becoming an Agile Coach" and "Cert Prep: Scrum Master" from LinkedIn in 2020.
