Lramshankar Lakshmikantham began their career in 2004 as an Administrative Executive at Securemark. In 2005, they moved to Varcha Engineering Services as Head of Operations. In 2010, they were Operations Manager at Three Steps Design Studio, where they were responsible for infrastructure management and preparing monthly MIS reports. From 2011 to 2015, they were Operations Manager (Human Resource Manager, Administration, Facilities Manager) at Alligator Software India, where they managed day to day business operations and employee recruitment, as well as salary administration and budget planning. In 2015, they became Human Resources Operations Manager at Mind Spark Technologies.

Lramshankar Lakshmikantham's education history begins in 1993 when they obtained a Bachelor's Degree from Bharathiyar University in Commerce. In 1996, they earned a Master's Degree from the University of Madras in Computer Programming, Specific Applications. Lramshankar then went on to earn a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Madurai Kamaraj University in 2010.
