Rakesh R has a varied work experience of over 11 years. Rakesh started their career in 2009 as a Customer Support Executive at SERCO BPO PRIVATE LIMITED. In 2011, they moved to 3 Dot Venture as a Senior Business Development Consultant. In 2013, they joined ANGLER Technologies India Pvt Ltd as a Sr.Consultant – Offshore Solutions & Partnerships. Currently, they are working as a Sr.Client Solutions Manager at Mind Spark Technologies LLP since 2015.

Rakesh R completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Sri Ramakrishna Engineering College between 2005 and 2008. Rakesh also obtained a Higher Secondary qualification in Computer Science from Ponnu Matriculation Higher Secondary School in 2006 and 2007.
