Bill Sunderland

Bill Sunderland has held various roles in their work experience. Bill started their career at Walmart #3277 in 2010 as a TLE Service Writer. Bill then worked as an IT Intern at International Properties and Casualties (IPC) in 2012, followed by a role as a Lab Assistant at the College of Business from 2012 to 2013. In 2013, they served as an Information Systems Support Specialist at International City Mortgage and as a Senior Product Specialist, Dev Ops and DBA at Huron Consulting Group, where they were responsible for streamlining database build and developing dashboards for client data analysis. Since 2018, Bill has been working at Mind Springs Health & West Springs Hospital, initially as a Senior Data Analyst, then as a Software Engineer, Programmer, Database Administrator, and currently as a Senior Data Architect, Programming Lead.

Bill Sunderland earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Information Systems from the University of Nevada, Reno, from 2008 to 2013. In 2012, they also studied Spanish Language and Literature at the Universitat d'Alacant. Additionally, they obtained several certifications, including COD 141 - Fundamentals of Secure Database Development, DES 221 - OWASP Top 10 - Threats And Mitigations, ENG 312 - How to Perform a Security Code Review, AWA 101 - Fundamentals of Application Security, and COD 242 - Creating Secure Code - SQL Server Foundations from Team Academy. Bill also holds a certification in Microsoft Excel from Excel with Business.
