Jodi Mace has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. Jodi started their career as a Litigation Paralegal at Daniels Law Group in 2012 and continued in the same role at Dufford Waldeck Milburn Krohn from 2017 to 2018. In 2018, they shifted their career focus to human resources, joining Mind Springs Health & West Springs Hospital. Jodi held various roles within the company, starting as a Human Resources Generalist I/II and Provider Recruiter from 2018 to 2021. Jodi then served as the Assistant Human Resources Director and Provider Recruiter from 2021 to 2023, before being promoted to Director of People Operations, a role they held for a brief period. Currently, they work as the Vice President of Human Resources at Mind Springs Health & West Springs Hospital, where they provide leadership in various HR responsibilities, including employee benefits management and compliance.
