Thomas Ladenthin

Thomas Ladenthin has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Thomas started their career in 1984 with the United States Air Force, where they served as a Health Care Support Administration member for two decades. In 2004, they transitioned to become the Director of Reimbursement at Western Highlands Network, a position they held until 2008. Following this, they joined Mind Springs Health & West Springs Hospital as the Director of Patient Financial Services. In 2016, they joined Physicians East, P.A. as the Revenue Cycle Manager, where they led a multi-specialty group practice of over 90 providers in optimizing insurance, Medicare, and Medicaid reimbursement. Thomas excelled in practice management, EHR systems administration, software vendor negotiation, and managed care contract negotiation. Thomas'stenure with Physicians East, P.A. lasted until October 2020.

Thomas Ladenthin earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Healthcare from Wayland Baptist University between 1987 and 1991.
