Sergey Kurochkin

Sergey Kurochkin has a diverse work experience spanning different companies and roles. Starting in 2013, they worked as an Operator at PrivatBank, where they sold banking services and provided consultation to clients. In 2017, they became a Resources Manager at PrivatBank, responsible for conducting personnel evaluations and selecting candidates through the Assessment Center method. In 2018, they joined A-Bank as an HR/Recruiter, where they conducted employee searches and was involved in recruitment efforts. In 2019, they joined WizardsDev as an IT Recruiter, focusing on candidate sourcing through various channels. In 2020, they became a Talent Acquisition Partner at SysGears, specializing in full-cycle recruitment and utilizing platforms like LinkedIn and Djinni. Currently, Sergey Kurochkin is working as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Mind Studios, starting in 2021.

Sergey Kurochkin obtained their Master's degree in Banking from the University of Customs and Finance, where they studied from 2010 to 2016. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including "Head of Recruitment" from Mike Pritula Academy in January 2023, "IT Recruiter" from Oxygen IT School in August 2019, an online course in copyrighting, storytelling, and content marketing from Riba in April 2019, and "HR Strategies 2019" from Viche Consulting Group in November 2018.
