Martina Sanseau has a diverse work experience history. Martina started their career in 2010 as a Coordinator at Lihue Quimlu, where they worked until 2013. From 2013 to 2017, they worked as a Project Development Coordinator at Asociación Conciencia, where they led a team and coordinated stakeholders to achieve project objectives. In 2017, Martina became the NGO President at Conciencia Joven, where they played a key role in the creation and construction of the NGO headquarters, as well as project planning and team coordination. In 2015, they joined GEIRSA as a Young Investigator, conducting research on smart cities, urban development, and public policies in India, Korea, and Southeast Asia. Martina's most recent position is as the COO at Mind2, starting in 2018, where they are responsible for managing operations, optimizing processes, and resources.
