Ashim started their career in 1986 as a Development Engineer at Nibro Ltd. In 1987, they became the Engineering Head at Alpha Toyo Ltd. and then Dy. General Manager - Engeneering at Minda Switch Auto Ltd. from 1988 to 1999. In 2000, they joined Minda Huf Ltd. as the SBU Head and then moved to Minda Corporation Ltd. (Die Casing Division) before taking on their current role as the Group COO in 2005.
