Previously, as Global Production Director at Mustad, responsibility included overseeing all manufacturing sites and enhancing processes along with international teams. Prior roles at Bosch Transmission Technology B.V. involved leading over 500 employees as Manufacturing Director and implementing lean manufacturing practices as Chief Consultant. With a solid foundation in process engineering, Paulo's career features significant contributions across various leadership positions in manufacturing environments since earning a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Instituto Superior de Engenharia do Porto.
