Balaji Raman

Balaji Raman is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and performance management. Currently serving as Senior Executive - HRD at Minda Industries Limited within the Seating Division of the UNO Minda Group since March 2016, Balaji has held multiple roles in human resources including Senior Executive and Executive positions at UNO MINDA Group. Prior to this, Balaji worked at Suguna Foods Limited from February 2012 to February 2016, providing technical support for Oracle HRMS Payroll India and Oracle Project Accounting. Balaji holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Human Resource Management and Marketing from RVS College of Engineering and Technology, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Commerce from Government Arts College, Coimbatore. Balaji's education also includes a high school diploma from Green Valley Matriculation and Higher Secondary School, Kotagiri.
