Roopanshu Saxena

Roopanshu Saxena has a diverse work experience in the field of HR. Roopanshu started their career at TVS Srichakra Limited as a Jr. Executive in the HR department, where they handled various tasks such as workforce coordination and maintaining attendance records. Roopanshu then moved on to APC by Schneider Electric as an Executive in HR and Admin. Roopanshu joined Hema Engineering Industries Limited and took on roles as a Sr. Executive in Human Resources & Personnel and later as a Dy. Manager, where they focused on payroll and end-to-end recruitment processes. Presently, Roopanshu is working at UNO MINDA Group as the Lead in HR Operations - SCS Domain, responsible for HR operations, legal compliance, budgeting, MIS and data analysis, and manpower planning for the entire SCS Domain.

Roopanshu Saxena completed their education in a chronological order. Roopanshu obtained a diploma in Strategic Human Resource Management from the Indian Institute of Management Kashipur in 2023. Prior to that, they earned a Diploma in Training & Development from The Indian Society for Training & Development (ISTD) in 2021. In 2015, they completed their LLB degree in Labour Law from Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Rohilkhand University. In 2011, they obtained their MBA degree in HRD from The Global Open University and in 2009, they graduated with a B.Com degree in Commerce from Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Rohilkhand University. In addition to their formal education, they have also obtained certifications such as ISO 45001 Internal Auditor from TUV SUD in 2020, Certificate PPA Practitioner from Thomas Assessments Pvt Ltd (India & SAARC Region) in 2018, and IATF - 16949 Internal Auditor from Quality Austria Central Asia Pvt. Ltd. in 2017.
