Sameer Srivastav has a diverse range of work experience in various companies. Sameer started their career in 2008 as the Regional Head of Human Resources at Future Group, where they managed a large team and implemented HR strategies. In 2016, they worked as the Head of HR at Firefox Bikes, where they focused on manpower planning and recruitment strategies. Since 2017, Sameer has been working at UNO MINDA Group, first as the Manager of Corporate HRM and currently as the General Lead (DGM) for Talent Management at the corporate office. In this role, they have implemented strategic initiatives to improve productivity and organizational effectiveness, designed leadership development and career frameworks, and executed development and assessment centers.
Sameer Srivastav completed an Executive Development Program in Talent Management from XLRI - VIL Programs in 2019-2020. In 2006-2008, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) specializing in Human Resources Management and Services at Harlal Institute of Management & Technology (HIMT).
